Hi, I’m Fox.
Thank you for taking the time to look through my website.
I have been providing clinical mental health services since 2010 & have experience in outpatient therapy as well as intensive in-home family therapy.
The majority of my experience is in-home. I would work with the entire family, individually & together, to process & progress toward personal & family goals. This often included improving communication, conflict & crisis resolution, & strategies & skills for the whole family to continue their shared & individual growth long after I was gone.
I prioritize authenticity & meeting every person & family where they are; as they are. An empathic, objective, & empowering partnership between coach & client is key. I assist clients age 8 to adult in working toward their best lives & best selves with authenticity & intention on a daily basis.
I have my Bachelor of Sciences in Family Studies as well as a Certificate Degree in LGBTQIA+ studies from the University of Maryland. I also successfully completed all required academic & clinical requirements to graduate Virginia Tech’s Marriage & Family Therapy Masters program minus a thesis. Unfortunately, Fibro & finances forced me to withdraw before completion.
As a hobby, I enjoy hosting classes & workshops as a Sex, Sexuality, & Consent educator, & I’ve presented at large & small events & conventions on the east coast.
